Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your nálu socks. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to return Email us at support@nalu.com to start your return. Once we review your request we'll send you the return address and a prepaid return label with instructions.

Damages or wrong items Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email us straight away and we'll make it right.

Exchanges We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or color - it's the fastest way to get what you need.

EU customers If you're ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
