Where we ship We currently ship to all European Union countries.

Delivery time 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping cost 6 euros - free shipping on orders over 40 euros.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, email us at support@nalu.com and we'll look into it straight away.
